We charge a one-time set-up fee to configure the system and set it up for every client. The only additional fees would be if the client asked Spendkey to manage any integration with their systems. In such instances, the cost of the API integration will be based on our professional services fees and estimates will be provided once we have understood the scope and complexity.
For our Spend Analytics module, our subscription fee is based on the annual spend that Spendkey is processing for categorisation.
Our Savings Tracker is an add on module to the standard spend analytics module and comes at an additional cost.
Usage restrictions are based on the number of user licenses purchased and the type of users.
Charges for our Spend Analytics and Budgeting & Forecasting modules are determined by the number & type of users and the annual spend threshold. No additional charges are levied for accessing the features of our spend analytics platform but subscription to our other modules will incur additionl charges.
For our Document Analyser module, pricing is based on document complexity, the number of data fields extracted, and the total number of documents.
Yes, we offer our clients full flexibility to scale up or scale down and can offer pro-rata pricing accordingly.

Software upgrades for existing modules are included as part of our standard subscription agreement; however, when new features and modules are launched, the client will need to procure them at additional costs. We do offer discounted pricing to our existing customers.
